The Unified Mark image is a combination of three stylized letter "E", "A" and "C" with straight angle and equal height and width, the sign has the exact proportion of the square on light (Fig. 1) or contrast background (Fig. 2). EAC is abbreviation of EurAsian Conformity (EAC mark further).

The application terms and rules
of the Market Placement Unified Mark
applicable for equipment and goods placed
on EurAsian Economic Union country-members
1. Scope
The presented regulation is developed in accordance with EAEU Agreement from May 24, 2014 and
determined the application rules, form and size of the Market Placement Unified Mark that is applicable
for equipment and goods on the EurAsian Economic Union country-members territory.
2. General terms
The Unified Mark shows that equipment and goods have been completely approved in accordance with
all Technical Regulation procedures applicable for them. The Unified Mark should be placed on
equipment and goods before market placement.
3. Description of the Unified Mark
3.1. The Unified Mark is shown at Figure 1 and Figure 2.

3.2. The Unified Mark image is a combination of three stylized letter "E", "A" and "C" with straight angle
and equal height and width, the sign has the exact proportion of the square on light (Fig. 1) or contrast
background (Fig. 2). EAC is abbreviation of EurAsian Conformity (EAC mark further).
3.3. EAC mark size is specified by manufacturer or its representative company or importer that has right
to use the EAC mark. The base size should be not less than 5 mm. The EAC mark size should ensure its
elements clarity and their distinguishable by the naked eye on the background surface. The EAC mark on
scale grid is shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

3.4. EAC mark could be performed by any method providing crisp and clear image during over
the lifetime of the goods.
4. The application terms
The manufacturer, its representative company or importer has right to apply EAC mark only in case
if equipment and goods have been completely approved in accordance with all applicable EAEU
Technical reglaments on any country-member territory and it’s confirmed by a document in accordance
with applicable procedure.
5. The application rules
5.1. EAC mark should be applied to each unit of production, package or supporting documentation.
5.2. EAC mark should be in single color and contrast on background surface.
5.3. The location to place EAC mark onto equipment, package and docs can be changed by applicable
Technical reglament.
5.4. It’s not allowed to place any other mark (including any mark of voluntary certification system) that
could mislead consumers in respect of EAC mark. If any other marks should be placed onto equipment
and goods at the same time, in this case they should not reduce EAC mark clarity and crisp.
