4. Mandatory Shared Rules for Both CoC & DoC
No Chinese factory as direct applicant
You must appoint an EAEU registered legal entity as Authorized Representative; for Russia clearance, Russian LLC is recommended (2026 customs restrict Kazakhstan/Belarus reps).
Unified EAC marking requirement
Square EAC logo ≥5mm height, permanent on product/packaging; QR code linked to federal registry is mandatory in Russia from 2026.

6. Important Legal Notes
CoC can fully replace DoC for the same product, but DoC cannot replace CoC for mandatory CoC-listed goods. If your product requires CoC, customs will reject a DoC.
Batch CoC / DoC only valid for one single shipment; serial documents allow unlimited shipments within 1–5 years.
If product design, raw material or core parameters change, you must update or re-apply your TR CU document.
Without valid registered CoC/DoC, goods will be detained, confiscated or returned at EAEU border; heavy fines apply to the Russian importer.
