根据欧亚联盟/海关联盟的技术法规，在产品认证批量生产时，根据认证计划必须提供生产状况分析，可由认可的认证专家在生产中进行。生产调查包括对与生产过程和生产技术支持相关的一套监管技术和法定文件的分析。
生产状况分析包括考虑生产中的以下对象：
技术过程;
技术文件;
技术设备;
技术制度;
设备的维护和修理;
测试和测量技术;
输入控制;
验收控制;
定期控制。
根据检查结果，专家起草了一份生产分析报告，在此基础上将发布系列生产（批量）EAC合格证书（COC ）。

EXPERTS 'WORK/Expert conclusion
When certifying mass production according to the technical regulations of the Customs Union, the certification scheme provides for an analysis of the state of production, which can be carried out at production by an accredited certification expert. The production survey includes an analysis of a set of regulatory technical and statutory documentation relating to production processes and technological support of production.

Analysis of the state of production includes consideration of the following objects in production:
technological processes;
technological documentation;
technological equipment;
technological regimes;
maintenance and repair of equipment;
test and measurement techniques;
input control;
acceptance control;
periodic control.
According to the results of the examination, an expert draws up an analysis of production, on the basis of which a certificate of conformity for serial production will subsequently be issued.
