白俄罗斯将于2017年9月开始针对第一批产品强制执行STB能效要求,根据白俄罗斯政府内阁2016年10月发布的第849号决议及2017年1月发布的77号决议，白俄罗斯即将针对部分电子电器产品实施强制的STB 能效认证和能效标签要求。2018年4月18日白俄罗斯认证中心在明斯克举办了一次国际研讨会“使用白俄罗斯标准，针对家庭和办公设备能效要求的合格保证程序”，以支持市场参与者满足第849/2016号决议的要求.

Technical documentation:
- the name and address of the manufacturer;
- a general description of the equipment, sufficient for it to be unequivocally and easily identified;
- where appropriate, the references of the standards applied;
- where appropriate, the other technical standards and specifications used;
- technical parameters for measurements as energy consumption, etc.

! Additionally, Technical Documentation should contain information which is listed in the specific EE STB standards (as usually, Section 4 of EE STB standard)
