Since the beginning of April, new changes have occurred in the Russian certification system covering the production, manufacturing and marketing of children's goods. So, on the basis of the official publication of the Decision dated 03/05/2013. No. 28 of the EEC Board, after the prescribed period before the entry into force of a single list of products for which the customs declaration must be submitted along with an authorization document corresponding to the CU TR in the field of children's safety, as well as adolescent products, a new list of goods.
At the present time, mandatory certification of children's products is carried out according to various schemes stipulated by the legislator. A certificate for children's clothes can be issued for a producer, manufacturer, importer, buyer - for a contract. Its validity period varies up to three years.
How to get a certificate for children's clothing?
We give a brief overview of certification activities, their composition (in the certification or declaration of clothing for children) includes:
• Laboratory expert studies of product samples;
• Examination of the documentation package submitted by the applicant;
