Differences between EAC Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and EAC Declaration of Conformity (DoC) (TR TS / TR CU) Both are official EAEU conformity documents, both allow affixing the EAC mark and customs clearance. But the applicable Technical Regulation (TR TS) determines which one you must use — you cannot freely choose.
❌ Myth: CoC and DoC have different EAC logos.
✅ Fact: The EAC marking graphic is exactly the same for both.
Quick summary
CoC: High-risk goods, third-party certification with factory audit (serial), shared liability, higher price.
DoC: Low/medium-risk goods, AR self-declaration, no factory audit, AR full liability, faster & cheaper.
