Unified mandatory safety laws for the 5 EAEU member states: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia
Legal authority: Issued by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), directly override all national GOST-R / GOST-K / GOST-BY standards
