一，范围

1.本技术法规适用于欧亚经济联盟（以下简称“欧盟”）关税区内流通和流通的天然气，用于通过主要天然气管道，工业和家庭用天然气，可燃天然压缩气体进行运输。和天然气液化可燃气体，准备使用（以下 - 产品）。
2.本技术法规不适用于国防订单提供的产品，并存放在确保国家材料储备安全的组织中，以及出口到国际海关境外的产品。
3.本技术法规规定了产品的要求，以保护人类的生命和健康，财产，环境，生命和（或）动植物的健康，防止误导消费者（用户）的行为，并确保能源效率和资源保护。 
IV。产品安全要求
8.为运输准备的天然可燃气体必须符合附件1的要求。
9.工业和市政用可燃天然气必须符合附件2的要求。
10.可燃天然压缩气体必须符合附件3的要求。
11.天然气液化可燃物必须符合附件4的要求。
12.每批投入流通和（或）流通的产品必须附有产品质量护照，其中包含以下信息：
a）名称，品牌（如果有）和产品的符号（如果有的话）;
b）起草护照并进行产品的生产，运输，储存或销售，地点（法人实体的地址）的组织的名称 - 对于个人的法律实体或姓氏，名字和父姓（如果有的话），居住地 - 注册为个体企业家;
c）制造商的商标（如果有的话）（贴在护照上）;
d）制造商授权的人的姓名，其所在地（法人实体的地址） - 对于注册为个体企业家的个人的法人实体或姓氏，名字和父姓（如果有的话），居住地;
e）制造产品的文件的名称和名称;
f）标准值和实际测试结果，确认产品符合本技术法规的要求;
g）批号（如果有的话），交货期限（日期）;
h）联盟市场上产品的单一标记（贴在护照上）;
i）护照的签发数量和日期;
j）签发护照的人签名的签名和解密。
13.一批投入流通的产品的随附文件应以俄文制定，并须遵守国际电联成员国（以下简称成员国）的立法中的相关要求，并以该缔约国所属的成员国的国家语言为准。将流通。

Iv. Product Safety Requirements


8. Natural combustible gas prepared for transportation must comply with the requirements of Annex No. 1.
9. Combustible natural gas for industrial and municipal purposes must comply with the requirements of Annex No. 2.
10. Combustible natural compressed gas must comply with the requirements of Annex No. 3.
11. Natural gas liquefied combustible must comply with the requirements of Annex 4.
12. Each batch of products put into circulation and (or) in circulation must be accompanied by a product quality passport containing the following information:
a) name, brand (if available) and the symbol of the product (if any);
b) the name of the organization that draws up a passport and carries out either production, transportation, storage or sale of products, location (address of the legal entity) - for a legal entity or last name, first name and patronymic (if any), place of residence - for an individual registered as an individual entrepreneur;
c) the trademark of the manufacturer (if available) (affixed to the passport);
d) the name of the person authorized by the manufacturer, its location (legal entity's address) - for a legal entity or the last name, first name and patronymic (if any), place of residence - for an individual registered as an individual entrepreneur;
e) the designation and name of the document in accordance with which the products are manufactured;
f) standard values and actual test results confirming the conformity of products to the requirements of this technical regulation;
g) batch number (if any), the period (date) of delivery;
h) a single mark of circulation of products on the Union market (affixed to a passport);
i) the number and date of issue of the passport;
j) the signature and decryption of the signature of the person who issued the passport.
13. Accompanying documentation for a batch of products put into circulation shall be drawn up in Russian and subject to the presence of relevant requirements in the legislation of the Member States of the Union (hereinafter referred to as Member States) in the state language (s) of the Member State in whose territory this party will be in circulation.
