These provisions will come into effect on January 1, 2019 and will apply only to oil, which:

- does not leave the limits of the EAEU;

- is not intended for deliveries under the state order;

- is not stored as a material reserve of the state;

- is not used exclusively for the manufacturer’s own needs.

Requirements for oil and oil products put into circulation on the territory of the EAEU, including RF, determined in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation of the manufacturer and on the basis of the revision of the following GOSTs: GOST 21534-76, GOST 31378-2009, GOST 31892-2012.

The provisions of TR EAEC 045/2017 provide for the issuance of a passport for a batch of oil on the basis of testing and determining the main components that make up oil and oil products, such as:

- hydrogen sulfide;

- water;

- chloride salts;

- organic chlorides.

TRANSITIONAL PERIOD TR EAEC 045/2017

The provisions of the Decision of the Council of the EEC dated 12.20.2017 No. 89 provide for a transition period until January 1, 2021.

To obtain a passport based on test reports, you must provide:

- constituent documents of the organization;

- NTD;

- product samples for testing.
