To conduct an examination of industrial safety and issue an expert opinion on the compliance of technologies, technical devices, materials with industrial safety requirements, have the right (according to Article 73 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection")) only organizations that have passed certification procedures for the right to perform such works at the authorized state body .

Examination of industrial safety is carried out by certified organizations independent of the applicant organization.

What are the terms of performance of work on expertise in the field of industrial safety?

Dates for the examination of industrial safety and execution of expert opinion: 7 - 20 working days from the date of submission of a complete set of documents required for the work. The timing of the examination depends on the type and complexity of the technical devices submitted for industrial safety expertise.

Does KAZEKSPOAUDIT LLP conduct industrial safety expertise

In accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KAZEXPOAUDIT LLP is certified to perform work in the field of industrial safety (Certificate No. 0001974 dated February 06, 2013, valid until February 06, 2018).

LLP "KAZEKSPOAUDIT" on a contractual basis provides services for the examination of industrial safety and design expert opinion on the compliance of technical devices and materials with industrial safety requirements established in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

manufacturer test reports;

certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity confirming the compliance of technical devices and materials with safety requirements (established in: technical regulations of the Customs Union / Eurasian Economic Union (ТР ТС / ЕАЭС), technical regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (ТР РК), interstate standards (GOST), state RK standards (ST RK), international standards (ISO, IEC, ATEX);

The certificate of conformity of the quality management system of the enterprise to the requirements of ISO 9001 (confirming the stability of the characteristics of the products);

metrological certificates for measuring instruments supplied with the delivery of a technical device;

operational documentation (passport, instruction for installation and operation);

a brief technical description and purpose of technical devices, materials (with an indication of the values of the main characteristics of technical devices, materials);

general information about the manufacturer (address; date of commissioning; total area of the enterprise / area of production premises; name of the product; availability of the necessary production equipment and its condition; availability of the testing laboratory and its provision with the necessary testing equipment and verified measuring instruments).
